Bad Numbers Skew Florida Virus Tally; Math Off by 1000%

The Florida Department of Health has now admitted that some laboratories have not been reporting negative test result data to the state, according to Fox 35 News in Orlando.

When challenged about the spike of a 98 percent positive rate, Orlando Health confirmed that there were ‘errors’ in the report, according to the Fox investigation. Orlando Health’s positive rate is only 9.4 percent, not 98 percent as reported.

Jessi Melton (Republican Party) is running for election to the U.S. House to represent Florida’s 22nd Congressional District. She is on the ballot in the Republican primary on August 18, 2020.

In 2013, she gained widespread notoriety in the fitness community when she became the NPC’s Florida State Overall Bikini Bodybuilding Champion, making personal fitness a priority in her life. That same year, she went on to place top ten in the nation at the National Championships. Rather than continue on that path, she retired herself instead to mentor other women in their health and fitness journeys and build her telecommunications business, according to her campaign website.

While the spike in COVID 19 plays on the public’s fear, the anomalies in the state’s reporting miss out on the other side of the equation, meaning the tally is incomplete or even useless. But the top-line spike in the reported figures is certainly being used to  justify locking down the populace and crashing the state’s economy.

The Florida Department of Health rationalized the state’s laboratories’ failure to report negative COVID cases, citing lab sizes and reporting procedures.

“The Department immediately began working with those labs to ensure that all results were being reported in order to provide comprehensive and transparent data,” a spokesperson for the Florida Department of Health said.

“As the state continues to receive results from various labs, the Department will continue educating these labs on proper protocol for reporting COVID-19 test results.”

Orlando’s Veteran’s Medical Center reported a positive rate of 76 percent; however, the actual rate is only 6 percent.

Some labs had reported a 100 percent positive rate, which means every single person tested was positive. Other labs just had very high positive rates that were unexpected.

FOX 35 News found that testing sites like one local Centra Care reported that 83 people were tested and all tested positive, while NCF Diagnostics in Alachua reported 88 percent of tests were positive.

Florida’s report show virus cases surged from 2,000 per day a month ago and are now spiking at 12,000 per day. The prevalence of false reporting is leading many to doubt the veracity of the numbers — Floridians are slowly awakening to the fact that they’ve been played by leftist politicians with political agendas.

Speculation as to Florida’s motive for inflating the numbers: Political agendas pushing mail-in voting and crashing Trump’s economy were echoed by many on Twitter after hearing the news. Mandates requiring the wearing of masks is seen as the communist Democrats’ means to control the populace … in other words, herd management.
